The City of Eastvale contracts with WM (Waste Management) for all trash, recycling, and organics collection services. City-wide services with WM began July 1, 2022. For more information on specific services, please refer to the Residential Guide and the Commercial Guide below:

Waste Management Cart Monitoring and Enforcement Program 

Beginning July 2026, Waste Management (WM) will implement its Cart Monitoring and Enforcement Program. The purpose of this program is to support statewide environmental goals and keep waste streams clean by ensuring trash, recycling, and organics carts are not continuously overfilled or contaminated with non-acceptable materials.

Need to Establish New Service?

New residents and businesses can set up their trash and recycling services by contacting WM Customer Care at (800) 423-9986.

Holiday Collection Schedule

WM Observes the following holidays. When your collection day falls on/or after one of these holidays, your collection will be delayed by one day that week only.
