The City of Eastvale’s employees impact thousands of lives that choose to live, work, and play in Eastvale. We are responsible for providing comprehensive services to these City employees, job applicants, and local community. By holding ourselves to the highest standard, the Talent Attraction & Development Department takes great pride in curating a work environment that encourages new innovative ideas while staying focused on organizational development.
The Talent Attraction & Development Department understands the importance of a work-life balance and is devoted to transparency and teamwork. Through teambuilding exercises and collaborative activities, we have created an interactive and efficient culture at City Hall to better serve our community in a consistent manner.
It is also the responsibility of the Talent Attraction & Development Department to ensure that all City employees are provided with a safe and secure working environment by offering the following Risk Management and Safety services:
- Comprehensive Training Program
- Managing adherence and compliance with state safety mandates as well as the Occupation Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
- Managing the general, auto, and property liability insurance for the City.
