The City of Eastvale is committed to ensuring that individuals with disabilities have equal access to employment, services, programs, and activities, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
Individuals who require accommodation, auxiliary aid, or service to participate in a City program, service, activity, or employment process are encouraged to contact the City as soon as possible but no later than 72 hours before the scheduled event to allow adequate time for coordination.
The ADA does not require the City of Eastvale to take any action that would fundamentally alter the nature of its programs or services, or impose an undue financial or administrative burden. Any individual who believes they have been subjected to discrimination on the basis of disability or denied access to a City program, service, or activity may file a grievance.
Grievances may be submitted using the City’s ADA/Section 504 Grievance Form and should be directed to the ADA/Section 504 Coordinator.
