The Engineering Division leads the design and construction of both private development and public capital projects. We manage development fees, issue permits, and perform thorough inspections across all right-of-way activities to guarantee compliance with City Codes. In close partnership with federal, state, county, and utility partners, we also oversee grant-funded programs that drive Eastvale forward.
