April Rodriguez-Plott has lived in the City of Eastvale with her husband Brandon Plott and their children since 2013. She graduated from California State University, Los Angeles with a Bachelor’s Degree and Arizona State University with a Master’s Degree in Organizational Communication.

April is a security specialist for the Department of Defense. She has over a decade of experience interpreting and implementing industrial security policy and oversight, risk management, and providing security education at companies in the defense industrial base.

She currently holds the role of Senior Industrial Security Special Agent with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency.

April is an active member of Women in Defense and Women in Security and Privacy. April treasures time with her family. She and her husband are licensed resource parents in the County of Riverside. They proudly support outreach and engagement activities for their Foster Family Agency, Bethany Christian Services.

April Rodriguez-Plott was appointed to the Public Safety Commission in 2022 by Council Member Clint Lorimore. She looks forward to serving the Eastvale community.
