Proudly incorporated in 2010, Eastvale has rapidly grown to house approximately 70,000 residents, numerous flourishing businesses, year-round family-friendly events, beautiful parks, and more!

As a newer city, Eastvale’s City Council fortuitously established a clear mission, vision, and purpose, which continues to drive the organization forward. I have the honor of operationalizing the City Council’s vision which focuses on public safety, fiscal prudence, superior customer service, leveraging technology, and ensuring the highest quality standards are kept daily.  The moto of “this is how it has always been done” is not a part of our organization’s vernacular, as every day our team looks for ways to enhance our resident’s experiences and improve upon the community’s quality of life.  Therefore, staff’s motto of “Protecting the Prosperity and Well Being of our Community” fuels the drive and spirit of all city team members, to the benefit of our residents, businesses, and visitors!

To ensure this service delivery model continues, we attract, hire, and develop talented people who are passionate about serving others, and not just themselves. We believe in strengths-based leadership and know that every one of our city team members are blessed with unique talents and skills.  We desire they use these aptitudes to optimally serve our residents and show that government can be honest, competent, have some fun while serving, and be community focused.

Here in the City Manager's Office, we strive to efficiently implement City Council-directed policies and services, enhance communication with the community, and are responsible for intergovernmental relations, legislative affairs, and contract administration. The City Manager's Office is also responsible for human resources, risk management, economic development, and special projects management.

Whether you are a new resident, a long-time resident, a business owner, an employee, a developer, a community partner, or a city teammate – you play a vital role in making Eastvale a premier city.
