The City Manager
City Manager, Bryan Jones, serves as Chief Executive Officer for the City of Eastvale and is appointed by the City Council. His responsibility is to provide leadership to the City Council in executing their policy directives, implementing the goals and vision of City Council, as well as directing all day-to-day municipal operations and activities.
Bryan Jones is also responsible for the efficient and effective administration of all affairs and departments operating within the City under the policies established by the City Council including Police, Fire, Code Enforcement, Building & Safety, Planning, Engineering, Economic Development, Public Works, Human Resources, Risk Management, Finance, Emergency Management and general administration.

Bryan is passionate about identifying ways to help move and connect people, businesses, and communities so that we can all thrive. Bryan draws from nearly 20 years in both the public and private sectors. With a background as a professional engineer and certified planner, Bryan is well positioned to understand the unique opportunities Eastvale faces from a land use, transportation, and economic development perspective.
Having more than a decade serving in local agency public sector in leadership positions, Bryan has led land use projects such as high-quality retail centers, office campuses, industrial parks, transit oriented development, downtown revitalization, and mixed-use projects. Bryan has a Master’s in Public Administration from Norwich University focused on Leadership and Sustainable Financial Strategies, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of California Davis with a Communications minor.
The City Manager’s Office
The City Manager’s Office strives to continually enhance communication between City Hall and the constituents. The City Manager’s Office is responsible for managing and implementing Council-directed special projects and services. This team is also responsible for intergovernmental relations, legislative affairs, and contract administration. Other on-going efforts include City branding, community engagement, special event planning, overseeing community education and outreach, serving as the City’s liaison with the news media, as well as creating and managing the content of the City’s website and social media platforms.
