The City of Eastvale and Jurupa Community Services District (JCSD) and have partnered to offer E-Citizen, a real-time mobile civic engagement platform. E-Citizen is a mobile and online non-emergency service request system for the City of Eastvale and Jurupa Community Services District (JCSD). E-Citizen allows citizens to identify issues and report those service requests directly to the City of Eastvale or JCSD. Residents can upload a photo or video of the issue and mark the geographic location on a map. Each request can then be tracked for follow up. Requests may be submitted online or using a smartphone. Citizens will receive push-notifications, emails or both with status updates on their service request(s).
