The I-15 Corridor Economic Development Collaborative brings together cities and regional partners along the I-15 Freeway Corridor to create an impactful and seamless experience for residents, visitors, and businesses in the Inland Empire. The group meets on a quarterly basis to discuss economic development priorities, projects, opportunities, and further market the region leading up to and during the 2028 Summer Olympic Games.

Participating agencies include the cities of Corona, Eastvale, Fontana, Jurupa Valley, Norco, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, and the Ontario International Airport Authority. The Collaborative also welcomes participation from partner agencies, including the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG), Discover IE, and other regional stakeholders.

Most recently, the Collaborative has been working on ideas and opportunities related to the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games, with a focus on regional collaboration, economic impact, and long-term benefits for I-15 Freeway Corridor communities.

Collaborative cities collectively proposed the following initiatives:
1. Inland Empire Olympic Fan Zones/Watch Parties
2. Streamlining Permitting
3. Cultural Art Installations
4. Collaborative Marketing
