The City of Eastvale is an eco-friendly entity. As a result, we send our renewal notices electronically. Renewal notices will be sent in February.

I never received a renewal notice. Do I have to pay the late fee?

All Business Registrations expire on March 31. Renewal notices are simply courtesy reminders to business owner’s that their Business Registrations will soon expire. It is the business owner’s responsibility to renew their Business Registration. Therefore, failure to receive a renewal notice does not relieve the business owner’s responsibility to renew their business registration; nor is it grounds for waiving any penalties due.
