Public Safety Community Workshop
In an effort to seek community feedback on the best direction and strategy for public safety, the City of Eastvale hosted a Public Safety Community Workshop on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at City Hall.
The City of Eastvale is always evaluating our services and making sure that we are providing the most effective services at the best value for our residents and businesses. As part of the strategic planning process, a Community Satisfaction Study was conducted in January to gather initial opinions on topics such as public safety, economic development, and transportation.
When it comes to public safety, approximately 10% of residents responded, “Increase police presence, faster response, have own police department” which was one of the top four responses.
At our first Public Safety Community Workshop, residents and businesses were encouraged to provide input on the needs and desires of our community.
The workshop was also live-streamed on Facebook for those who were not able to make the meeting and the had the opportunity to ask questions as well.
