Tony’s Chophouse will be one of the new businesses opening as part of Eastvale’s newest Shop-Dine-Stay destination, Hamner Place. “We absolutely fell in love with the energy of the city”, said Sara Villegas, who co-owns the Meat Cellar. “In addition to prime tomahawk and other ribeye steaks, the Meat Cellar specializes in porterhouse steak and wagyu burgers…It will be called Tony’s Chophouse, named for Anthony’s Father,” said the The Press-Enterprise.
