 Holiday Light Display Enforcement

In an effort to give the community ample time to showcase holiday exterior decorations, enforcement won't begin until January 28, 2019.

Please note: The Neighborhood Preservation Standards Municipal Code Sec. 120.05.080 (d)(8) states:

Temporary exterior display and holiday display provides enforceable guidelines:

a) Any temporary exterior display or holiday display shall not physically impede vehicular or pedestrian traffic on any street, sidewalk, or right-of-way;

b) Any temporary exterior display or holiday display shall be allowed for a period not to exceed 45 consecutive days.

As a reminder, the Community Enhancement & Safety Department appreciates your cooperation to remove Christmas lights in a timely manner. By removing Christmas lights in a timely manner this reduces compliant calls received and avoids fines.

Thank you for doing your part in removing Christmas lights and for keeping the City of Eastvale beautiful!
