Eastvale Ranked in Top 25th Percentile of Safest Cities in United States
Eastvale is proud to announce that we have been ranked number 20 in California and in the top 25th percentile of safest cities in the United States based on the 101 Safest Cities in America study that was conducted from Safe Home.
Safe Home looks at several different factors when assigning a Safety Score to a city. A comprehensive study is conducted by using a variety of data resources such as the FBI’s latest report of how many and what types of crimes occurred, crime trends, and other data points like law enforcement officer ratio, demographics, population density, unemployment rate, income, and education level. “We are proud that the City of Eastvale is ranked as one of the safest places to live, work, and play. Safety remains a top priority for the City Council. We will continue to prioritize public safety in order to maintain a high quality of life in our community,” said Mayor Clint Lorimore.
Safe Home is an organization dedicated to making communities safer. One of the ways in which they accomplish this is through conducting and publishing safety studies on a variety of topics. In addition to these safety studies, Safe Home regularly ranks and reviews home security systems. More information about Safe Home can be found on their website at www.safehome.org.
