Eastvale City Hall is Open Monday - Thursday from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 pm. City Hall is closed Fridays.

Parks and Recreation


The City of Eastvale is known for its many beautiful parks for which residents are very proud.  There are two different parks districts within the City's boundaries as follows: 

JCSDResidents that live West of Hamner Avenue are part of Jurupa Community Services District (JCSD).  JCSD JCSD Park Mapprovides park and recreation services as well as maintaining frontage lanscaping and providing water, sewer and street lights for the City of Eastvale.  There are currently 13 parks in Eastvale with additional parks planned or in different stages of development.  This accounts for approximately 250 acres of open space in Eastvale.  The following Eastvale centers and parks are part of JCSD:

In 2008, JCSD distributed its first Recreation brochure which offered much needed recreation programming to those who reside within JCSD Parks territory and those who reside outside JCSD Parks territory.  Currently there are approximately 50 recreation programs for families to choose from, which include recreational programming for off-track, before school, after school and Fun Fridays at three Elementary Schools in the Eastvale Area.

There are four parks in Eastvale East of Hamner Avenue (between Hamner Ave. and the I-15 Freeway) that are part of Jurupa Area Recreation and Park District (JARPD) as follows:
