Jurupa Community Services District (JCSD) and the City of Eastvale have partnered to offer E-Citizen, a real-time mobile civic engagement platform.  E-Citizen is a mobile and online non-emergency service request system for the City of Eastvale, California and Jurupa Community Services District (JCSD). E-Citizen allows citizens to identify issues and report those service requests directly to the City of Eastvale or JCSD.  Residents can upload a photo or video of the issue and mark the geographic location on a map. Each request can then be tracked for follow up. Requests may be submitted online or using a smartphone.  Citizens will receive push-notifications, emails or both with status updates on their service request(s).

E-citizen is a free and simple way to report non-emergency issues within the boundaries of JCSD’s service area and the City of Eastvale such as:

  • Code Enforcement (City of Eastvale boundaries)
  • Graffiti (JCSD Service Area)
  • Illegal Dumping (City of Eastvale boundaries)
  • Park Maintenance (JCSD Parks Territory)
  • Potholes (City of Eastvale boundaries)
  • Water (leaks, flooding, etc.)
  • And so much more!

If the issue you are reporting is a public safety emergency, please call 911.

Smart phone users may download the E-Citizen app from iTunes, Google Play, Blackberry World and Windows Phone Marketplace.

Helpful Tips

  • Stay safe; don’t attempt to use CitySourced (or any app for that matter) while driving.
  • The app works much better outdoors than it does indoors. This is especially true of Blackberries which rely heavily on satellite communications.
