EASTVALE ANNOUNCES PASSPORT AND NOTARY SERVICES

EASTVALE, CA – The City of Eastvale is proud to announce that starting Tuesday, November 13, 2018, City Hall will be offering two new services to our community. We will be accepting passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State and providing notary services.

If you are planning on going out of the country or need documents notarized, look no further. The City of Eastvale will be providing passport services Monday – Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and will be notarizing documents Monday - Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. For passport services, you must show proof of U.S. citizenship, proof of identity, and bring two forms of payment. Passport photos will also be available.

“If you are traveling out of the country or need anything notarized, we are your one stop shop!” said Bryan Jones, Interim City Manager. “Being able to provide these great services to our community is something we are really proud of and by doing so we are enhancing the quality of life for our residents.”

For more information or to make an appointment, please visit the City Clerk’s Passport & Notary Services page on our City website at www.eastvaleca.gov, which includes a comprehensive list of passport and notary service requirements, as well as links to required forms.

“We are thrilled to offer both highly anticipated services to the community,” said Steven Aguilar, City Clerk. “As a designated U.S. Department of State Passport Acceptance Facility, the City looks forward to helping our community plan their next vacation!”

In addition to providing these services to Eastvale residents, they are open to all. We hope you will consider visiting City Hall soon for your passport and notary services.
