CITY OF EASTVALE
CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND INTENT
TO ADOPT AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE
GOODMAN COMMERCE CENTER PROJECT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Eastvale City Council will hold a public hearing on August 21, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. at Eastvale City Hall located at 12363 Limonite Avenue, Suite 910, Eastvale, CA 91752, to consider approval of an amendment to the development agreement between the City of Eastvale and Tarpon Property Ownership 2, LLC (Goodman/Birtcher) for the Goodman Commerce Center (project,) in the City of Eastvale – Project No. 11-0271. The purpose of the proposed amendment to the Development Agreement is to ensure an orderly and desirable development of the project to meet the needs of the City while also providing certainty to the Owner/Developer of both existing and future entitlements.

The approximately 200-acre project site is located north of Bellegrave Avenue, south of Cantu-Galleano Ranch Road, east of Hamner Avenue, and west of I-15, bordered by the City of Ontario to the west, Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 160-020, -005, -006, -023, -025, -029, -030, and -031.).

Any person may submit written comments prior to the public hearing or may appear in person before the City Council to be heard. All comments made in writing or via e-mail must be submitted to the City of Eastvale City Clerk’s Office no later than Monday, August 21, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. Written comments may be mailed to the City of Eastvale City Clerk’s Office located at 12363 Limonite Avenue, Suite 910, Eastvale, CA 91752. Written comments not delivered to the City Clerk’s Office by 4:00 p.m. on the meeting date may be provided to the Eastvale City Council at the public hearing. If you challenge the project in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you raised at the public hearing as described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Eastvale City Council prior to or at the public hearing.
