NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Eastvale Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 19, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. at Rosa Parks Elementary School located at 13830 Whispering Hills Drive, Eastvale, CA 92880, to consider a Conditional Use Permit for the sale of beer and wine at the existing Luna Grill restaurant located in Eastvale Gateway North retail center (Project No. 16-00034). The project qualifies for a categorical exemption pursuant to Section 15301-Existing Facilities of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).

The project is located at 12523 Limonite Avenue, Suite 495 at Eastvale Gateway North retail center (Assessor’s Parcel Number 160-230-022). The Eastvale Gateway retail center is located north of Limonite Avenue, east of Hamner Avenue, and west of Interstate 15 freeway. The project site is not located on a hazardous materials site listed under Government Code Section 65962.5.  The applicant is Premier Food Concepts, dba Luna Grill, c/o Dave Schroeder.

Any person may submit written comments prior to the public hearing or may appear in person before the Planning Commission to be heard. Written comments may be mailed to the City of Eastvale Planning Department located at 12363 Limonite Avenue, Suite 910, Eastvale, CA 91752. Any questions on the project may be directed to Brianne Reyes at (760) 585-6486 or via e‑mail at To be presented to the Planning Commission at the meeting, all comments made in writing or via e-mail prior to the public hearing must be submitted and received by the City of Eastvale Planning Department no later than Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. Oral and written comments may be submitted directly to the Planning Commission at the public hearing. If you challenge the project in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you raised at the public hearing as described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Eastvale Planning Commission prior to or at the public hearing.
